rub a little, IMO. The C5 I run against runs massive 315s up front, which have to bu rubbing if he goes full lock. Also, according to the specs on TireRack, the 265/45/16s are .2" narrower than the 255/40/17s. I was trying to get your opinion based on the fitment of your tires up front on stock TT rims, if you thought there was enough clearance on both sides to squeeze some 265s up there. Also, there is a post from a few years back by Carl Merritt, who said he was running 275/40/17 street tires up front. However, I know that Victoracers have a tendency to be wider than a street tire in the same width...
